Legislative Dashboards
Massachusetts is full of voters of every age, race, economic status, language, and more who are passionate about moving our state forward. Legislators don’t always know what their districts look like, and this tool is a great way to see the demographic breakdowns for Senate and House districts. We want to bridge the gap between the state and the State House, and help legislators take bold action informed by their constituents.
The dashboards are sourced by data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s most recent American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates. Our talented data team transformed the available data from the 2020 Census and the ACS estimates to fit within district boundaries. They will be updated annually following new ACS5 releases in December.
